This medley is made up of 2 of my favorite ‘Holy’ songs! Lynn and Gary’s song has always been one of my favourite ‘new’ songs about the contrast between God and us in the verses with an amazing ‘Holy’ chorus, and the hymn is a truly timeless song; one of the best songs ever written. Philip’s arrangement with changing time signatures helps communicate the mystery of God, and Debbie’s soaring vocal is wonderfully and powerfully transcendent, which is why we asked her to join us on this song.
